I have been trying to tackle locating the elusive out front axle shaft seal, the one that I removed from my shaft was made by Forsheda and is called a V-Ring seal, it looks like a pully with the v groove on the outside and one side of the lip is flat and slighly larger than the other. I have located a company that can possibly supply these seals and they are relatively inexpensive. I am sending them the Metric measurements of the shaft and the inside diameter of the old seal. These are pretty elastic seals and even much smaller ones can be stretched over the shaft and will perform there function. I would order an extra supply of these seals if anyone else is interested in a pair please let me know, this process will take a couple of weeks at most. I was told that they should be in the ball park of 4-7 dollars each. I will keep my findings posted here.
