Picked up another Dodge which may qualify for the 100 dollar club, nicknamed the "Buzzard" Has the 1 of none bird decal on the rear quarter..
Been driving by this Dodge for 3 yrs and finally was bored enough to stop by and ask if he'd sell it, was sitting between two buildings underneath a tree, all you could see was the tailgate.
$330 bucks (enough to fund his nursing boards!)
Has some unique options it seems.
'79 RC 1/2ton 4x4
360 2bbl, auto
Has tilt, PS, PDB, Power Locks(!), cruise, AC, bucket seats, tinted windows, quad lites, and a rollbar on a Custom.
Guy parked it 7yrs ago when the steering blocks fell out of the steering bucket.
It turns over, but no spark, so shouldn't take too long to figure out out.
May be a nice convert for the summer! It sure doesn't hurt to ask when there's something sitting!

The customer had taken it home when I went back to the shop, it's a small town so I'm sure I'll run into it again. Will keep ya posted.

Ha ha! Well a lot of the trucks these trucks will just be parts rigs etc.

The thing to do is find someone that works for a utility company that put on a lot of miles in a certain region. I have two buddies that work for Verizon locating phone lines and they see them pretty much daily in areas I would never have gone before. People pretty much are giving them away... I just show up with a truck and trailer. Craiglists sellers are giving them away too.

Sam, but you have the nice stuff!!! :D You have some impressive rigs that I'd love to take a peek at! I've lost track somewhere around 27 and I think my brother has somewhere around that too. I don't think I've ever met a dodge guy that has just one!

Here's some more 100$ specials too. It's a fun hobby
