To this in three weeks!!

He took a '92 club cab and swapped the body. Cummins auto 4x4. Looks like he's tying up the loose ends and will be on the road soon!

His wife said he had to have it done by October! Motivation!

I have a couple in the works....one is going to be a dually crew cab 4wd with a cummins and nv4500.... wish I had another later cab, but I will make the early firewall work from a 77....
the other one will be a swb crew 4wd cummins auto....

what did u do with the floor, or did a body lift take place?

Ah yes! Those will be big trucks! Especially the dually! I have a 70s cab 4door that I will have to modify the firewall to fit the components too, not looking forward to it...

He put just a 1 1/2" body lift and then actually had to cut and raise the rear floor area (fab) approx 3inches to clear the club cab frame sweeping up. He didn't want a huge body lift. I think it's just the right height, still have to be careful stepping out. See some pics!

Floor was POR15'd and then added generic Dynamat (134$ for 100sq. feet) on the floor, firewall, rear wall, and doors. Great sound proof I think..

Although I'm sure there's some a lot closer to you...

The first "fix"...

Nasty engine bay and ghetto air cleaner...

Some Simple Green and a power washer...

New air cleaner I picked up at the yard Saturday ($6) and a new filter element ($6)...

I love simple/cheap fixes...now to find a good Edelbrock 1406 to throw on it...
