Was going to buy one but since I already had this one thought I would just us it instead.. It's for show only, made from aluminum.. It was to short to start with and I could'nt use the lights I wanted to in between the cross bars so I fabbed up some new taller uprights from some aluminum flat bar and made new mounting brackets from some 2x2 angle iron I had lying around and just reused the cross bars.. This will be going on my green truck so I'm going to paint and stripe it to match.. Should look nice when It's painted and on the truck..

How did you cut it out? Almost looks waterjetted or do you actually have the patience to bandsaw those?
Being aluminum had you considered color anodizing it? Might look even tricker than it already does.

Believe it or not I marked it out and layed 1/2 inch steel flat bar along the lines as a guide and cut it with a sawzaw.. The curved part that fits around the bumper I drilled holes next to my lines and then finish cut it.. I used a grinder to shape them up to the lines, then clamped the two pieces together and finish shaping them both with my grinder then my air file which made the edges straight and flat.. The orignial pieces were 1/4 inch thick, The new ones are 3/8 inch..

Well it's all done, I spent the weekend sanding, priming, and painting. I just put it on the truck today.. I think it turned out real nice, I may have to start making these. Heres some some finished pics..
