gas tank capacity

I have a 78 powerwagon, club cab long bed W400. Use to have dual tanks, but the one to the rear was gone when I got it. What is the tank capacity of the saddle tank? My gauge is off, when I'm on "E", the truck only takes 20 gallons. Thanks!

That sounds about right for the capacity. Someone else comment and confirm this but this sounds like all it will hold to me.

My 79 book says 22 gallons for my center tank on the Macho.

I ran out of gas one day with my '76 W200 Club cab. Added a couple gallons from a can and then got 20 in at the pump.
