Well...... Started primer tonight. Trying a sandable lacquer primer. Because my finish coat will be a acrylic enamel. mixing as directed 50/50 with lacquer thinner. What a disaster. Tried two different guns and 4 different tips 1.4-1.8 different air pressures . either got all paint or all air. Finish turned out like 320 grit sandpaper. ? Lol.

Should be sanding and buffing the box and hood soon . cab and chassis is primed and sanded now. Hoping to shoot the white on the roof tonight along with the rear bumper. I'm thinking of painting the chrome slots white in the wheel centers and running a set of hemi trim rings on them??? Any thoughts or opinions on that idea?

I have decided to go with 33x10.5x15s on the 15x8 factory chrome slots. Sanding is progressing slowly 600-2000 grit takes a while.
