Hey guys,
Thought you would get a kick out of this. My bro and I redid this truck in 1997 and I made a webpage of it that was up from about '98 till 2002 under Jim Bob's Power Wagon page. Offroad mag wanted to make an article of it awhile back. We used the ex-body for a '78 super stock pulling truck truck to restore our stepside truck.
Has some useful tips that we learned while dismantling a dodge pickup and putting it back together again. Was our first high school budget build! Take alook! Hope you can read it.

Was the Drag in Wagon a pull truck?

Yep, Dragn' Wagon my friends pulling truck up till about 95-96, then he sold the '78 body to us for redoing our old stepside. He ended up finding a burned out new dodge cab and sheetmetal and switched to that (which was a big deal when that body style had just come out) The only thing stock was the front half of the frame then the rest is squarestock etc. 800HP 530cid stroker, backed by a good old NP435 trans which is still in it to this day.
