Looks like you've turned the page with another new

Also looks like the rate of sign up is
starting to go exponential.

Welcome to the site R72W100! We have a good bunch of very knowledgeable and friendly Mopar Truck fans so if you run into questions on your restoration, I'm sure one of our members can help. Got any pictures of your project you can post?

Hello, i believe i am slowly becoming a dodge truck fan.

i was thinking about buying a truck. I have always ( DON'T SHOOT me) had
Chevy products and mitsubishi. i used to own a 76 chevy stepside 4x4 and loved it. i had a 350 with 350 HP engine built for it. i used to daily drive it. it was a rust bucket but i loved being up high with the 4 inch lift. i am starting to miss it. while driving home from work one day i saw this nice restored dodge. it had a black hood and what seems to be a 4 inch or 6 inch lift. i am not really in to lifts that high maybe 3 or 4 inch is it. but this truck sat tall and looked like nothing would stop it. since then i started surfing the net for dodge trucks trying to figure out what year his was. i still dont know where he came from or where he went but i believe it to be a 76 to 78. it is not a macho. loked to be a polamino color with the flat black hood. ever since i am hooked on learning more about the 77 dodge short box. i want one but still need to learn more about them. the 4 wheel drive setup. reliability issues. what the best engine is for all around driving. i like to drive a lot. if i do get a truck it will not sit at all. thats why i need to know more about them. AND most important, how hard to get parts for them. i am looking to get one soon as possible.

any of you have one up near Rochester NY buffalo area? i would like to have a look and maybe chat for a while.

Thanks
Rob,

Hello,

my name is Ben Simons and i run the CSS Registry website

while i don't own a MachoPowerWagon i do appreciate all Dodge trucks and would like to offer my support and interest in such cool trucks.

the CSS Registry:
the registry recognizes the CSS and HPP trucks of 1964 thru 1967. the CSS trucks had buckets, console, carpet and racing stripes while the HPP trucks had 426 street wedge, automatic tranny, dual exhaust, 6K sun tach, and traction bars. both could be ordered by themselves or combined to create a very cool truck. more info can found here - http://www.cssregistry.com

my interest in Dodge truck started with a truck my parents bought new and my dad and older sisters picked up at the factory and drove it home to Florida back in 1964. it is a 1964 D100 with the 426SW High Performance Package. details on my truck and my in-process restoration can be found here - http://www.cssregistry.com/css/mytrk.html

thank you,
Ben Simons
