In trying to get the power locks working in the '81 Macho and I'm in need of one of the switches inside the door and working left and right solenoids.

The driver side original solenoid is frozen and the passenger side is shorted out. The two used ones I pulled eons ago are shorted out as well... :?

I do see a few driver side NOS on eBay which are an option, but no passenger solenoids. Switches seem to be a rarity there too. :(

Driver side solenoid P/Ns are: 3861 749 or 4330 281
Passenger side solenoids P/Ns are: 3861 748 or 4330 280
Switch P/N is: 2661 746

I did look there and they don't seem to carry anything except the door lock relay.

The switch is a funky part as it sits inside the door and is connected to the linkage between the lock knob and latch. It's triggered by pulling/pushing the lock knob up/down -- very different than the '87-'93 style mounted on the door panel. :(

I have a NOS driver side solenoid on the way! Still need a switch (new or used) and a passenger side solenoid (good used or NOS).

Don't get a lot of NOS stuff, so to get a boxed Mopar part with parts depot sticker dated 7/19/82 is kinda cool! :ugeek:
