A few weeks back, a friend of mine went fishing, leaving his truck unattended at the boat ramp parking lot for several hours. When he returned to the ramp and got in his truck, he said it sounded like a Pro Stock when he started the engine. Turns out while he was gone, somebody had hacked the catalytic converter clean off his truck. I've heard of a few other similar thefts here too.

Is this also happening where you are?
