I read an article yesterday about how Microsoft will have a tough sell for Windows 7 due in part to the Vista fallout. It appears most Windows users are standing by XP and are not yet interested in "upgrading" to either Vista or Windows 7. What are you currently running? Are you considering upgrading?

If using a Mac makes you a freak, what does that say about us Linux users?

Not exactly. Both derive from Unix like systems. The Linux kernel was created from scratch by Linus Torvalds and was based on Minix which in turn "mimicked" Unix. Mac is now based on a version of Unix that was created at Berkley called Free BSB. So they are are both in the Unix family but different. It was a very astute decision on Steve Jobs part to move Mac into the Unix sphere as has given it a far wider range of capabilities. The new Mac OS X is awesome!

You're a pretty accepting bunch. Most computer people, when I tell them I use a Mac, look at me as though I just admitted to downloading midget porn. No, I don't.
