Just bought back me and my brothers old Rod Halls. They were in the Readers Ride Section of Mopar Collectors Guide back when we owned them. They are #'s 3, 11 and 13. The number 11 is a really cool one because it's a 4 speed truck. There all black in color. I'll post some pics of them very soon. Just purchased a bunch of NOS parts for them and cant wait to fix them all up.

The above picture is of my old number 13 truck when we took it to Carlisle to sell way back. I use to beat around in this truck all the time, really cool getting it back. The number 3 truck is my daily driver and is in really nice shape. The number 11 truck will need the most work. Pics soon to come.

Just picked up a NOS drivers side bed side for my number 11 truck, if any knows of any other NOS panels kicking around for this year truck please let me know. I'm keeping my eye out for a nice clean rust free short bed truck for cheap. I'm in no hurry for it as it will be a while before I get to doing this 4 speed truck over.

what kind of money are you looking at to spend on a bed or a truck? there is a lot of nice stuff out west, but the cost for shipping would be a killer....

I'd love to get one out west but your right it's to expensive to get it shipped out. I'm hoping to find something local that crazy clean. I know that there's a rare chance of that(lol).
I'm taking all my yellow roll bar and front and rear bumpers in to be blasted this weekend and then I'm going to repaint them on my number 3 truck this weekend. Should look tons better then the really faded yellow on them right now. Also need to try and find the correct plastic caps that go in the ends of the bars on the bumpers. Sam or Jeff, I've seen the caps in black and yellow and not really sure which is correct. Do you know which way is right or did they come both ways?

I remember driving the number 13 truck in a snow storm and while going up a really steep hill it kicked out of 4 wheel drive and I did a donut in the middle of the road just missing an on coming car and crashed into the ditch. I clicked it back into four wheel drive and drove right out of the ditch. My brother was in front of me and saw the whole thing and was laughing his but off. I got to my house which was a step down the road and both tires went flat that hit the snow bank. I cant believe I use to drive this truck in the winter, I guess I didn't realize how rare this truck was back then. I cant wait to give it the need attention it deserves.

Does #13 have CAD front wheel engagement? Do you think when it kicked out of 4WD because the vaccum got below the engagement spec going under load, up hill?

All I can say is WOW!!!!!

Going to a good home (again).

On the caps seen black and yellow

perhaps some were replaced or early and late?

Mine are black.

When I first got my 90, I took it to go

look at a dirtbike in the foothills where I live.

I just remember the guy's driveway was smooth

concrete and he hadn't scraped the 3 or 4 inches

of fresh wet spring snow off. Steeper than any road.

Put it in 4 lo and walked right up.

Knew if I'd slipped it would have been tough

as it curved.

Going down no problem either.

(didn't buy the bike) but got to know my truck better.

BFG All Terrains

More pics????? of the collection!

So my most favorite macho just popped up for sale on ebay and I cant buy it. I just bought three Rod Halls and have no more play money(lol). It's ok because I'm really excited about the Rod Halls and cant wait to the 4 speed truck up. Scored a cool part that I was missing on my number 11 Rod Hall, head light protector screens on ebay. My number 3 came with them and my number 11 truck came with them as I can still see the tabs but it is missing the actual screen part on the 11 truck. I thought these were going to be impossible to find but these are identical to the ones on #3 and there still in the package. I just need to paint them black.
