Decal

mylar effect.

The owner of this truck said they were

My recent find.
76 Californian wearing it's original paint.
400 4 speed truck sold new in Reno Nv
and one owner all these years.

He managed to put 299,000 miles on it
with regular maintenence and the heads
have never been off!

The cap was added in about 79
along with a carpet kit. The bed wood
stillwears the original silver paint.

The seat is recovered and the owner added
a CB doing a very nice job of putting it
"in dash". It is amazing how much difference
it makes for a vehicle to have one carefull
owner.

And here's the real Eye Candy.

Truck was about a week old up at
Lake Tahoe.

Owner told me that he bought it
the day he saw it on the lot at
Reno Dodge.

He confirmed that they were put
together by Mobility Industries in the
Bay Area.

He also said the tonneau cover was black,
that it came with the 15x8 chrome slots,
and notice standard rear bumper.

Check out the Barris custom truck in this
flick. If you can keep your lunch down
watching it, there are some really cool
trucks and vans.

Im not exatly sure how to post the information but, there is a 1977 dodge 4x4 stepside for sale on craiglsist in Moscow, ID. The ad states "California Special" but I dont know what that means. Would it be a Californian? Its says it has a dealer installed 440, does anyone know anything about this? I live in Spokane, WA and this truck is not too far from me. I have a 78 power wagon but was thinking about getting this one too, or if someone else was interested I could take a look for them as well. I saw it was recently on ebay too, the asking price is $3,000. Any input would be helpful.
