It's pretty fadded but you can see 1978 on it. that tag is for the ship to outside install company (Cars and Concepts Brighton Mi) they are the company that did the Top Hand conversion package install. it also notes that no modifacitons were done to change emission standards . I have 2 1978 Top Hands a stepside that I bought in sept 78 and a style side that I bought in 2004 |
