76 rare specialty truck?

Any chance this 76 is a specialty truck from the way it's painted? Or just an owner customisation?

Cheap enough.
Hadn't seen the Tgate last time he had it on craigs.
Very cool. Think it is a one of one done by some ONE.

Looks a lot like a Californian (sweptside) (no such thing?)
Would be very interesting to know where it was sold new. 8-)
