Finally found a real macho this time. Has some unique options it seems. '79 Macho long bed, 360 2bbl, 4speed, tuff wheel, sway bar, 5 wagon wheels, '79 round headlite grille. Will have to use my long bed roll bar on it since this one was gone. Was really rust free, lots of dings/dents, and a lot of extra wiring to remove. Was listed for 800/offer, for 600 bucks drove it on the trailer.. What color do you call this? Take a look!

hell yeah! congrats man, its cayon red i think, youll have to wait for jeff to confirm it. i paid 600 for my silver one and couldnt drive it on the trailer, plus the long beds are way more rare. and im not saying that the round headlight grill is bad but if you want an upgrade to the quad lights i have the core support and grill but it needs some dents banged out, and the bezels are somewat pitted but its got it all there if you want that upgrade. i personally prefer the round lights tho. the tuff wheel is a really cool piece, i want one but ill prolly end up buying a grant tuff wheel. great find, congrats on finding a real one. HIGH FIVE!

Thanks for the comments. It was on the local Spokane CL listing, there wasn't a pic on the listing so it was a surprise to see when I rolled up to it, since it was just listed as a 79 power wagon. Here's a few other pics. The interior will need some TLC but cool to see that steering wheel. He said it had a bench seat when he got it and swapped to buckets, but was it just an option for factory buckets or bench?
Take a look!

Thanks! It looks like the guy put blocks in the front and some other suspension mods in theback end, they all gotta go. I'm wondering if the bucket seat trucks had holes on that back of the cab for the foldup center seat? May be able to tell what was there originally. Still hard to believe that I had passed on 3 other machos till I found one that's actually fixable!
More fun.

If it came with a bench seat from the factory then there won't be the holes for the buddy seat bracket to attach to.
