It seems i've gotten lucky, my friend found a 79 360 4 speed, original paint survivor W150 Macho truck, the engine has been rebuilt, and repainted, a younger kid had it, upon finding this info out from my friend, i purchased it, and am having him haul it to my place the middle of this month, everything works as it should, it just needs some cosmetic work, the proper grill, and proper back bumper, and both bumpers need to be paint matched, needs some interior work, and obvious rust issues over the rear wheel well openings, i'm actually surprised it's in this good of shape being in Canada, it was found in Saskatchewan, the dealer stickers are still on the truck!, i'm the third owner

Interesting,

That they put the dealer labels on the front fenders.

Also wonder if the dealer is still around?

and where is Swift Current?

I think different dealerships did different things when it came to advertising their names here in Canada, on my Silver 79 Macho, the dealership sticker was just on the tailgate. As far as i can tell, the Elmwood dealership is long gone, but there is a Knight Chrysler Dodge Jeep, that looks like it could pass for being in the same building, Swift Current is in South Western Saskatchewan, closer to the border of North Dakota.
