Hey gents... been gone a while but need some help for my 78 Macho.... was wondering what gas tank sizes came factory with a 78 macho? This gas tank is the primary one on the left side of the bed... I'm also looking for a gas tank as mine now is beyond repair... please any help is appreciated! |

Gonna depend on bed length. 77 and 78 will work...79 and 80 with some modifications.... |

It's a shortbed...I'm trying to find the largest factor tank i can fit.... she can just about pass anything but a gas station and I don't need to make more gas stops! But please any help with size info and possible sellers is appreciated! |

You could get a 30 gallon tank from an 80's short bed, but you need everything, including the straps and crossmember..... |
