I saw a 77 or 78 Silver Macho 440 for sale about a couple of years ago- looked pretty tight. Out of my price range though (he wanted about $8000 if I remember correctly).

for each year...
77-silver cloud or white
78-citron green or orange
79-citron green or orange
80-impact blue or silver

favorite is blue for sure....there was a blue one in the jy not too far
from me, but it is history now.....
would love to see a blue one done up!!!

never seen a blue one. i dont know much difference between the years.

i like the 77-79 single head light look.

The copper color you mentioned is probably Russet Met for 77, it was replaced in
78 by Canyon Red Met. We sold 1 new 77 russet Macho.
