Looks like it could be a Macho. Has the rims and tailgate. He is to send me pics of the interior.

Wheels and tailgate could have been swapped -- interior (seats/steering wheel) could be telltale signs, otherwise a build sheet, core support tag, or equipment tags on the underside of the hood could shed some clues too.

I was thinking the same thing! I'll need a set for the original wheels on mine once they're repainted!

He sent me pics of engine bay and interior. All black, silver gauge surround, inside fender tops red like tailgate and bed. I'm going to try and go look at it this weekend. Will add pics later.

That a lot of extra gauges, buttons, lights, wiring, and random stuff in the cab!

Being a tilt I doubt it'd have had a tuff or later sport style steering wheel.

Any holes in the bed where the roll bar would have been mounted?

Could a '79 have had a standard bench or would it have had the buckets/armrest style seats of the LRE/Warlock?

Yeah, I know lots of extra switches/buttons/gauges. May have wiring issues as it comes with new Painless harness. Haven't been there to see it yet so not sure on roll bar holes. I believe 79-80 had bench as standard and buckets as an option. It's 2 hours from me and he won't be around til after 3:30. Going to try and get down there before Sunday. Not looking forward to Pittsburgh rush hour traffic tho, haha.
